Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Netio, operated by Netio Technologies Ltd, a company registered in the United Republic of Tanzania. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be 18 or older and register with a phone number you control. One person, one account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.

2. Acceptable use

• Represent yourself truthfully — your name, your work, your business.
• No impersonation, spam, harassment, or scraping of member data.
• Endorsements may only be given for work you genuinely received or witnessed. Buying, selling or trading endorsements is grounds for removal.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You grant us a licence to display it within Netio so the service can function. You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time in Settings.

4. Our service

Netio is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not a party to agreements you make with people you find on Netio. Exercise normal judgement when hiring or working with anyone.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, particularly fake profiles and fraudulent endorsements. You may close your account at any time; your data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam.
